At the inception of our clan it was decided that we would add several games to our beloved AVP2. It is our hope that a diversity of gaming experiences will promote the continuing interest and involvement of our members.
Another objective is the expansion of our membership ranks. Although this goal may be a little grandiose, I envision, one day, STARGATE COMMAND becoming one of the largest gaming clans in this country. As our membership size increases we will need a "structure and organization" to our clan which will handle this growth with a minimum of confusion, miscommunication, and stress. This is the main reason we have incorporated a military ranking system into our clan as its primary organizing component.
I decided to use this system to guide the growth of our Gaming Divisions.
Each Gaming Division will have a "GAME DIVISION LEADER" [GDL] who will be the CHIEF SERVER ADMIN of his/her Gaming Server.
A GDL MUST be a very active "playing" member of our clan who has a special interest in the game for which he has assumed responsibility.
The GDL will have the primary responsibility of insuring that his/her server is properly managed according to the rules and regulations of our clan. Decisions to PERMANENTLY "BAN" civilian players (by IP or CD Key as now available in the newer games) can only be made by the GDL.
All Gaming Division Leaders will directly report to XO Grr.

If a Game Division Leader wishes to have New Maps or Mods installed to his server he/she must make a request to Grr or to me.
If a Game Division Leader has concerns about his server's performance, he is to issue a report to Grr or to me.
All Game Division Leaders will have the authority to appoint Server Admin who will manage and control the server in his/her absence.
The GDL should carefully evaluate the temperament and judgment of an assistant before making this appointment.
Server Admins will have the authority to kick and TEMPORARILY ban (for a period not to exceed 3 days) disruptive civilian players. All reports of frequent kicking or temporary banning MUST be made to the Game Division Leader. The GDL will then decide whether or not to have the offender permanently banned from the server.
The Game Division Leader will also be responsible for their Gaming Division Section of The Forums. As a Forum Moderator he/she will post important notices and new rules and regulations concerning his server (subject to my approval).
The GDL will have ultimate responsibility for the arrangement of all special inter and intra clan matches. -- All clan "Battle Organizers" -- MUST seek the approval of the GDL before any matches can be held on his/her server. The GDL must obtain my final approval from Trashy, Grr and myself before a definite arrangement is made.
Aside from myself, only Artax will have total and unrestricted access to the Server's File System and Server Desktop.
As time goes on, I will add policy statements to this thread.
