Dedicated Server Online error message, it is probably a FALSE message.
Work Around:
Enter the game normally to the in-game menu.
Press the tilde ` key
type in openserverbrowser
Add SG-2 Public Survior Server to your FAVORITES
IP and Port are: 208.122.52.164:27115
Enter the server.
Afterwards, you should be able to directly connect to the server using HLSW.
