Other than the speed AvP2 aliens have nothing. If they take that from us in AvP3....hell yeah we will use harsh language.

The Predalien looks a hell of a lot better. Aside from the whole "This pentagon shows you where you can jump" thing, the single player looks pretty
awesome! I just hope the multiplayer is just as good.

That has to be on the easiest difficulty but that pred is beating the sheet out of both marines and aliens. They are talking about 3 way multiplayer, so maybe there aren't going to be HvH combats in there. Would be a shame. O, and they said that they decided to put a pulse rifle in there after receiving a threatening phone call from a certain Scottish person.

I hope all is well with you and SGC and Mauwl who could forget your Predalien dominance you hacker lol. You are one tough adversary.
You know just as an idea I would like to see SEGA do something different with all 3 species such as; Marines: With team work as their strength they work together like in a BF2 setting, medics (health but no revives), support (smart guns, ammo, and the only one with a motion tracker), engineers (welding doors shut, repair body armor, etc...) Specialists (traps, remote demolitions), Snipers (One big rifle, traps or warning devices, trip alarms etc...) Heavy Weapons (guided munitions, chain guns, rockets etc...) AND PLEASE GOD!! NO CONE FIRE!!! MAKE IT LINE OF SIGHT!!! Where the cross hair is the bullet goes, weapon kick is the only thing I must master. And leave the stamina crap on the shelf, unlimited running and jumping is preferred however a small recovery delay in jumping would be nice to help eliminate bunny hoppers. Only one thing I would like to see with the Alien, after a specified amount of kills in a streak the alien molts into a queen but with two unique abilities, other team aliens can use the Queen as a spawn point, and the Queen gets to lay a limited amount of eggs that hatch to let loose a number of smart AI face-huggers like Calling In The Dogs of COD5. lol Predators not sure but any ideas would be cool, a small tactical nuke would be interesting. Or perhaps instead of a pistol you can change the settings (on the fly) with your plasma caster from kill to stun. Also lets see those throwing stars from the movie put to use. Its tough thinking up new stuff for Preds because they are near perfect as it is, technology, stealth and strength is awesome enough. Sorry BT I dont think they are going to make an anal seeking purple dildo launching device that breaks itsself off and then beats us all to death with the rest of it!! lol I only hope they improve spawn logic, I would like to see games adopt a spawn camera that enables us to not free fly but rather look around in a 360 degree POV at each spawn point to inspect for those pesky spawn rapers before spawning as well as enable us to pick where we want to spawn on a spawn map of some kind. Also please give us custom mappers the ability to download customs maps as we all load into the game like in COD and Counter Strike. Last but not least give us an awesome user friendly GUI admin utility and streaming punk buster. Anyone else have some cool ideas or care to elaborate further on these?

We will probably see the marine teamwork in Colonial Marines, i don't think they'll do something like that in here. I mean it would be nice to have someone there to die with you but I think you will be alone which can be a good thing - more fear, more horror. We love the evac game mode in AvP2, as short as it is, we sure would love to do it on longer campaigns where everyone has to do his part. Waiting for A:CM. We also would like a mini version of that as evac game mode in AvP3. I like the way pulse rifles look on the screenshots, all used scratched and old. Shows how much attention the developers pay to the details. And also, less tracking = more fun. And skills too. As for the aliens, not having weapons and all, they could give them something to inflect damage from a distance. The acid spitting is a good idea to go with (I can't think of anything else), its been done in the movies and it would help the aliens. Especially in the MP. Queens have the most awesome looks and sounds in AvP2, I'm sure they will bring them back here too. Even more awesome. Preds......they have enough. And now they can't even miss a jump. No challenge. One thing I am missing is the combi stick. The preds best weapon that could kill anything fast, even queens. We haven't seen it in the pred gameplay so far, taking it out will be a stupid mistake. Like the new cross hair the pred has, wth is that thing in AvP2.
Spwaning in AvP2 is based on the cross technique or whatever. You spawn on the oposite site of your enemy. That is a good logic, the only thing that messes it up are the maps. Verloc is a good example for. You almost always spawn isolated avoiding spawnkills. A lot more maps for the mp. Gets boring after a while playing the standard ones over and over again, and you can't play any custom maps cause 90% of the ppl out there dont have the mappack! If they could be downloaded from the server automatically would be great. Admin tools - a must has! No more IP banning. I mean come oon! Make the mp balanced so we don't have to keep an eye on the players in game all the time. Also make the single player as long as possible, more missions. Its only like 10 months before it comes out.

you forget my good pred skill too when i attack alot of close combat, mh remember lot of time i take his head.
But the video i saw, the pred are to mutch strong, for example the acid doesn't damage the weapon's pred, he can take alien on his hand, destroy his head without any problem only his vision are a little disorder. But
maybe the creator who show the demo are playing in god mode maybe
they are no demo with marine and alien in E3 ? |

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGsT5WSh7Tw Nothing there we haven't already heard except that he said the singleplayer will be "very long", and everyone will be satisfied with how long the sp is going to last. They need this in order to tell the story... Another thing they were saying, your enemies in the sp will act differently every time you play, well probably not every time, but it keeps the player from getting bored fast of the sp. After playing the AvP2 sp more than a few times you know where from the enemies are coming and their number in each dificulty. And yet, its still scary and its still a challenge.

Hey furg glad to hear you like aquaducts. i'd redo verloc as well, however id let jungle be recreated by the man who made it in the first place. Id only
recreate the old avp maps and the ones i made myself and of course create something new. If i remade aquaducts, i would instead put everyone in tighter
spaces. and in someplaces make it where you have to travel through a nearly flooded tunnel to get to the other side of something. Also put in some more
tunnels and pathways to reach the same evac point.

lol, I've still haven't heard the least of railing all over them for the non-canon stuff, particularly the HUD,
and the collision detection.
The sound will likely undergo changes, along with AI and pathfinding. As for the modeling and animation, I'd say it's pretty likely that's going to be in stone. What you see now is what you're going to get. Plus, they've stated unequivocally that they want a lot on new users to play this game, so certain things are going to be on training wheels, no matter what. (like the Pred HUD than tells the supposed master Hunter of all things when to wipe his butt, and when to send his mom a B-day present. ![]()
