Posts: 4 Fri, May 8, 2009 7:00 AM	Tags : None Hello, i doubt that you'll recognise me but a while a go my brother started playing AvP 2. He was called either G4M3 0V3R, Connor or Tomahawk. Because we both play from the same router, his immature behaviour resulted in a ban for me aswell. Sterjov told my brother to appeal the ban on the forum, but he refuses to do it because he says that AvP is a rubbish game and he hasn't done anything wrong. So i was just wondering, can you please lift the ban? I still play AvP and i don't cause trouble on your servers... I've changed my IP 3 times, i even got a new PC so i could go in game and talk to Sterjov about it but i'm banned. I promise if this ban is lifted, you won't see my brother again since he doesn't play... But i don't think that i should suffer because of his wrong doing.

Posts: 1334 Fri, May 8, 2009 7:54 AM AVP2 CO-GDL and AVP2 Forum Moderator	I am afraid, due to events in the past, too many players "claim" innocence by blaming their "brother" "cousin" etc without solid proof to the contrary. If an owner of a computer, account, vehicle etc is to lend out to someone, it is still their sole duty and responsibility that said person is under observation to use what has been borrowed in a mature, responsible fashion. For this reason the ban stays until further proof is brought forward or our CO and GDL say otherwise.

Wait a minute, if you guys have logs of some of the games then you'll see that we've both been on at the same time before, from different computers! Posts: 157 Fri, May 8, 2009 3:31 PM	Hi Gizmondo I have played with you couple of times. I know you are not a troublemaker. But I warned you about your brother's behavior several times. I warned him too, he did not seem to care. The worst thing someone can do while playing in a server I am admining is to insult my clan. Which he did. You managed to change your IP and he came back in doing the same thing. He got what he deserved. My CO, GDL and AGDL will make the decision about lifting the ban or not but one thing is for certain: IF I see your brother in our servers again, the measures will be more drastic. That is all I have to say.

While you live with your brother, unbanning you, would also allow access for your brother to come back on and run the same things he pulled to get him banned. This is a risk that we will not take - its like opening the cage of a hungry lion. As Pulser has said, you were unable to keep a keen watch on your brother's playing and as such he used your IP to cause trouble and get banned. Ban still stands. I do hope however, that you can understand why we've keep the ban in place. It is nothing against you personally, but because a person of belligerent behavior also uses your PC or your IP, there is no way to safeguard against their use, and as such we must keep your IP banned. -TearsOFBlood.SG_CMD --AVP2 GDL

Most of the time he is way too cocky and you can have no control over him otherwise he justs gives you attitude. So really, the only way to get this lifted would be for him to apologise? Posts: 4 Fri, May 15, 2009 8:41 AM	Okay, i'm really sorry to bring this up again but there is no way i can get out of this ban, and it's probably a lifetime ban. But please, if you lift it this will not happen again i can assure you simply because he is no longer allowed on AvP which also means, he can't appeal the ban himself. My guardian is aware fo this ban and she herself said that he's not going to do it again because she won't allow him to play the game anymore because of this, i'm really fond of playing AvP online and the SG-2 servers play a big role in the AvP 2 community so it's been really hard trying to find a decent lifecycle server and one with honest players. Whilst what he did was wrong, it wasn't that much of a big deal in my opinion; he called you guys a noob clan but seriously, if you were a "noob clan" why would you have so many members? And he's only just turned 12 anyway, so i suppose expecting mature behaviour out of him was a little too much anyway. It's really annoying when i go to play AvP online and i see "SG-2 Lifecycle 12/16 players" for example, and it's even more annoying when i can't join them and i have to wait for other players in an empty server. I have not hacked, insulted or swore in the SG-2 servers and i respect the admins as it says in the drop-down text. So please, lift this ban. I'll do anything for you to lift this ban.
